Locking in Your Order

Once you confirm your order, you enter a binding agreement that cannot be canceled without penalty. Failure to submit payment within the required timeframe may result in cancellation fees, penalties, or both.

Accepted Payment Methods

Bank Wire

  • Required for orders over $20,000.
  • Not available for orders under $500.
  • Payment must be received within 72 business hours after order placement.
  • Funds typically clear within 24-48 business hours.

Personal & Cashier’s Checks

  • Accepted for orders up to $20,000.
  • Must be postmarked within 72 hours and received within 7 business days.
  • Funds typically clear within 3-5 business days.

Credit/Debit Cards

  • Accepted for orders up to $5,000.
  • No 4% cash discount on card payments.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
  • Funds clear within 24-48 business hours.

Bitcoin

  • Accepted for orders up to $250,000.
  • No 1% cash discount applies.
  • Payment must be completed via BitPay within 15 minutes of order submission.
  • Funds clear within 24 hours.

PayPal

  • Accepted for orders up to $500.
  • No 4% cash discount applies.
  • Payment must be completed immediately upon order placement.
  • Funds clear within 24 hours.

e-Check

  • Accepted for orders up to $10,000.
  • Eligible for a 4% price discount.
  • Only checking accounts are allowed (no savings accounts).
  • New customers must verify their bank account via Plaid.
  • Funds typically clear within 3-5 business days.

Important Payment Notices

  • Chase Bank & PNC Bank customers cannot use Plaid for e-check payments.
  • We do not accept:
    • American Express cards</li>
    • Credit card checks
    • Starter checks
    • Prepaid debit or gift cards

International Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • International customers can pay via Credit Card, Bitcoin, or Bank Wire.
  • International bank wire transfers may incur intermediary bank fees, which will be charged to the customer before shipping.

Order Cancellations & Fees

  • Orders not paid on time are subject to:
    • Market loss fees
    • 5% cancellation fee
    • Collection expenses

Payment Verification & Security

  • Orders are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to prevent fraud.
  • Large orders may require identity verification.
  • Bank wire is the preferred payment method for the fastest processing and security.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious or high-risk orders at our discretion.

Pricing & Market Risks

  • Website Pricing Errors: If a typographical or pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or refund an order.
  • Market Risks: Precious metals investments carry risk. You are responsible for your own investment decisions.
