At AAA, we believe in doing business with integrity. Every order is backed by our refund, return, and exchange policy to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you have any issues with your purchase, contact us, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 3 business days from receipt of your shipment to request a return or exchange. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team by phone or email.

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
  • Exchanges will be processed based on product availability. If an acceptable replacement is not available, we will issue a refund.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will cover shipping costs for exchanged items.
  • Restocking Fees:
    • Standard returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee or $35 (whichever is higher).
    • SD24K jewelry returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Any potential market loss will be factored into the final refund amount.
  • Products damaged by acid tests or intrusive methods are not eligible for return or exchange.

International Orders

Due to the complexity of international shipping, all return or exchange requests for international orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
