AAA Shipping Policies

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • Orders over $199 ship for free with full insurance.
  • Orders of $199 or less have a flat $9.95 shipping fee, including insurance.
  • Free shipping applies only to U.S. domestic orders.

Additional Notes:

  • FedEx Expedited service is not available for PO Box addresses (USPS Priority will be used instead).
  • Free shipping is based on the cash discount price.
  • Normal shipping time is 1-3 business days after payment clears.
  • FedEx Expedited shipments typically arrive within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
  • We reserve the right to combine multiple orders shipping to the same address.
  • Hold requests beyond 30 days may incur storage fees.

Pre-Sale & Delayed Items

  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-sale/delayed items, your order will not ship until all items are available.
  • To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders—one for in-stock items and another for pre-sale/delayed items.
  • Splitting an order may result in additional shipping fees.

Shipping Insurance & Signature Requirements

  • All shipments are fully insured via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • If your package is lost or damaged, we will file an insurance claim and work to replace or refund your order.
  • A signature may be required at delivery.
  • Important: Insurance does not cover packages shipped to a UPS/FedEx store, mail lockers, or third-party locations.
  • If you waive signature confirmation with your mail carrier, insurance will not cover loss or damage.
  • Claims for lost or damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally, with shipping rates calculated at checkout based on location and order details.
  • Some products are not eligible for international shipping.
  • If you refuse delivery or cannot accept the package, you are responsible for return shipping fees, duties, and taxes.
  • Orders returned from customs require full repayment of any fees before reshipment. A $75 reprocessing fee applies.

Additional Shipping Information

  • Shipping to PO Boxes: Orders over $10,000 shipped to PO Boxes are not insured.
  • If an order is returned to us for an undeliverable reason or delayed at your request, a $30/month storage and insurance fee applies.
  • If an order needs to be re-shipped due to an error not caused by American Alternative Assets, a minimum $30 reshipment fee applies.

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Track your order on USPS.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com for real-time status updates and estimated delivery times.
