Fees for Chargebacks & Bounced Payments

  • Credit card chargebacks will incur a $50 processing fee.
  • Bounced checks will incur a $30 processing fee.

Terms of Purchase

Order Binding Agreement

  • Once you place an order, prices are locked in, and your order becomes a contractually binding agreement.
  • Payments must be submitted within:
    • 3 business days for bank wire payments.
    • 7 business days for checks, cashier’s checks, or money orders.
    • At the time of order for credit cards, PayPal, or cryptocurrency.

Order Cancellations & Fees

  • Cancellation requests must be made via phone during business hours.
  • If we approve a cancellation, fees include:
    • 5% of the order total or $35, whichever is greater.
    • Any market loss (the difference between your locked-in price and the current market price).
  • Failure to pay cancellation fees may result in your account being sent to collections.

Refusal of Orders

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel any order deemed high-risk or suspicious.
  • Decline orders not paid within the specified timeframe.
  • Adjust pricing due to market fluctuations or typographical errors.

Market & Pricing Risks

  • All investments carry risk. We are not responsible for market fluctuations.

International Orders & Shipping

International Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • International customers may pay via bank wire, credit card, or Bitcoin.
  • Additional bank fees, taxes, and duties are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We declare the full value of shipments on customs forms.
  • Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

  • We declare the full value of shipments on customs forms.

  • If you refuse or fail to accept a delivery, you will be responsible for:
    • Return shipping costs
    • Duties and taxes
    • $75 re-processing fee

Force Majeure Clause

We are not liable for order delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fires)
  • Acts of war or terrorism
  • Government actions or economic disruptions

Large Orders & Cryptocurrency Payments

  • Orders over $500,000 require a 10-50% deposit via bank wire before finalizing pricing.
  • Cryptocurrency payments must be completed within 15 minutes through BitPay.
  • We are not responsible for payment delays due to blockchain congestion.

Returns & Refunds

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
